The Paper Shelter Challenge 13 - Black - White + 1 Other Colour

This week at The Paper Shelter we would like to see Black and White with the addition of One other colour

hmm think I extended my black to include grey lol! the other colour is pink

The Paper Shelter image I have used is Pepe L'Souris got Married! you can get this image HERE

I have coloured the image with Promarkers and added Frosted Lace Stickles to the dress

DP is Papermania Capsule Collection Mono

I have used a doily  placed oved a circle of black card

Dies used are Nesties

Not sure whose the heart photo corner punches are I bought a job lot years ago and they were in it

Not sure whose the ribbon is either lol I hardly ever save packaging

The sentiment is printed off from comp and I hand cut the heart and sponged the edges with ink

That's it

Something ..... different

This fab image was a free download from The Creative Mind of Sylvie Blog Her daughter drew it. What a talented lady.

Its different from the usual images I use but I really like how it has turned out.

I have Used Promarkers to colour her

The DP is Papermania Capsule Collection Mono

The Rose DP is something I have had since I started card making

I made the rose out of the same rose DP and used Ranger ink to distress it and home made shimmer mist

The corners are Cuttlebug dies

The black lace was cream I sponged it with distress ink in Weathered Wood

New Stash

I have had a little shopping spree in the last week or so. I blame all of the time off work I have had too much time to peruse the net ..lol

I love this Sarah Kay stamp It is a little more grown up than the usual SK stamps

I went to my local docrafts store to stock up on glue and craft dots and lots of other goodies fell in to my basket also! like the yummy paper on this card

I did lots of colouring with my Promarkers

The ribbon, the roses and the card behing the stamped image so that they all colour coordinated!

Not sure what I was doing with the gems they are supposed to be swirls lol oh well better luck next time.

I used all of the elements on my card!

The little hearts on the corner are buttons ( I cut the thread loop off at the back )

I made the blingy hat pin type thingys threaded through the ribbon

Tilda has been coloured with Promarkers with little dots of stickles on the flowers

the flowers are Papermania that I have layered up and added pearls from my stash

Embossing folder is Cuttle Bug Birds and Swirl

DP is from a Forever Friends set

Die used is Nellie Snellen
