Don't you just love this cheeky chap?

he is called Hilarious Cupid and can be found in The Paper Shelter Shop

I have coloured him with Promarkers and added  Stickles to his wings

The sentiment was a freeby from a craft magazine 

and the gorgeous paper is called Up and Away by Trimcraft it is gorgeous and glittery
