The swirls were cut on my Bug with a Sizzix die as was the Glamour Gal die cut. I think I made a mistake using the rose patterned paper on this one but hey ho it's done now.

Glamour Gal. The Pink Elephant Challenge Card
This is my take on the on the fab sketch by Carol over on challenge number 3 over at The Pink Elephant
I bought the stamp from Dimension Fourth (really great service super fast despatch time) I thought it was a great stamp with a multitude of card uses. I stamped the image in gold then embossed with sparkly powder which unfortunately has not shown up too well on the pic... grrrr lol, I then coloured her dress in with a black pen. Her gold sparkly tights are the result of a gold gel pen. The papers are a bargain pack from Dovecraft. (£2.50 from a craft shop I found while we were out visiting Whitby for my OH's birthday. LOL poor love has to indulge my craft obsession on his days out)
Wise Owl Stamped Card
I thought I would take part in the Cute Card Thursday Challenge which is Animal Magic.
There has to be an animal somewhere on your card. I have recently bought this stamp so
decided to give it a whirl. The BP is Laura Ashley and I used my nesties for the shaped card
ribbon brads and flowers etc from stash. I stamped two owls coloured the owl with whispers pens. I then cut one out an raised it with 3d pads for a slight 3D effect I then went over his eyes and glasses with a clear sakura pen to emboss a little.

A Birthday Gift
Hi,
I thought I would show you the note card set I made for my partner's step mum. I got the inspiration from Mel Stampz Blog, see link over there ---->I made up the bag as per the template and then cuttlebugged a coordinating pink paper and cut to size and adhered to the front of the bag. I added some pink ribbon and a few little gems. The flowers are from my stash. the Note Cards are approx 4x4" and I used the same Cuttlebug embossing folder on them as I did for the front of the bag. I used a pretty floral decoupage sheet I picked up in town to finish off the cards.
Here Is the Birthday Card that I made for her. The shape of the card is taken from the new Nesties Lable Dies that are out and I so want LOL. I Printed the pattern onto the card then cut the shape from a template I had earlier made. As the card has to be folded and I wanted the shape to follow on all sides I cut a matching piece from the card and to add some interest I cut the straight edge with shaping scissors and then punched with a ribbon threading punch and threaded the red ribbon. I then watercoloured the little hedgie and used nesties to cut and emboss the card and then mounted him on to the card. I added flowers from my stash and a rub on sentiment.
I have entered this Card into the
A Spoon Full Of Sugar Challenge

3D Poppy
I love this poppy and although it took a couple of hours to cut out and construct this card I really like the results. I used pearl card and embossed the right hand edge and added little flat backed gems to add a little sparkle. I cut the tag and MUM sentiment from vellum with my cuttlebug using sizzix dies. The butterfly is a peel off that I raised the wings of with silicone adhesive. I used silver peel off sentiment on the vellum tag and another butterfly for decoration.

Two Stamped Cards
I will kick my posting off by showing two new cards I have made this week.
I wanted to make a card without overloading it with lots of BP's and flowers etc
I just love the candy pink of the first card I used a stamp to creat the BP.
I then used the same stamp to creat the sentiment on the second card
she is such a cutie in her summer dress.
